A&O Hostel Dortmund Hauptbahnhof in Dortmund, North Rhine-Westphalia
The ' first impression' was nothing special good. The entrance hall was very untidy and dirty. At the front desk there was a big chaos, everything was very mess. It was hardly by right found.
We had 3 Times the room change.
Room 1 was at 16:00 o'clock still not cleaned; in room 2 crawled animals on the walls and at the bedside table; room 3 was too small, to have a crib set up. The fourth room was reasonably reasonable.
General all rooms very small; there is no closets; the baths are tiny.

Steigenberger Hotel Dortmund in Dortmund, North Rhine-Westphalia
The hotel has 166 rooms. I had overnight stay with breakfast booked. The guest structure corresponds predominantly the business area. The hotel power from the outside a very good impression. Inside it is however quite getting old, however clean and tidy. Altogether would be a renovation already desirable (see rooms).
My single room was functional and big enough. Used to however the open Wash area( washbasin). A small separate room includes then a shower with a toilet.
The staff's hospitality ... Read more

On the zimmerfluren receives a a odor, which also in the room still is. The furniture ugly, color and are not fit together ancient. If you surface of the closets, tables etc. affected, sticky fingers feast. In the bathroom see regarding uncleanliness to detail. Dirty surfaces, dust and grime lingual everywhere. The shower curtain dirty and not properly attached, the towels gray streaks have. For a four-star hotel a absolute embarrassment. There are two star hotels, for the cleanliness it is o... Read more

it is a typical medium class city hotel with friendly staff and comfortable, clean rooms. The building is however very old and in need of renovation.
According to the website of the hotel are all 125 rooms freshly renovated. My room (standard double room) was not at all renovated. The chair at the table and the flat screen-TV they were only modern articles. Everything other - bed, Bettisch, walls, bathroom, carpet, and so on, were very dated and in need of renovation. For a night but it was v... Read more

Six-Story hotel in good condition, but it is not the typical steigenberger style. At the cleanliness there are nothing to fault, in my opinion the hotel has however rather 3 *-standard.
the parking garage is a little confusing(12 euros per day), only after the contact front desk we got a parking assigned.
the room was spacious and clean. Bath was immaculate cleaned, unusual only, that the washbasin in the anteroom separate from shower and toilet tV was. Offers even sky national league matches... Read more
