the hotel is a, a few years in memory.
the underground car park is directly under the hotel.
the floors are only 2 elevators reachable. When a good usage of the hotel (we were there on a Christmas striezelmarkt weekend here), there is often longer waiting times.
not recommendable (and also not allowed) is the use of the existing fire escape, since the doors this only from the outside can be opened.
the rooms are very spacious, clean and in very good condition.

Size, cleanliness, condition of the room very good,
positive: kettle with coffeeand tea selection
very friendly Front desk, room and bathroom clean, Martini (Saunaausstattung) were gladly fulfilled
the hotel is unfortunately a little outside the touristic Attractions of Dresden. The hotel itself is however in all other Points very recommendable. I felt as a guest very welcome.

Radisson BLU or Parkhotel a four-star hotel and consists of several houses with each 3 floors. The hotel has cIRCA 350 rooms, partly with balcony or terrace.
the hotel features furthermore on a great wellness area and private underground parking.
the whole complex inside as outside makes a maintained and clean impression.

The newly constructed and very modern hotel is really for a towns-or business trip recommendable.
would something on the right lots of small Drawbacks screw it would be the perfect hotel -in addition very reasonably priced.
On arrival we were given alternatively a room with double bed (1,40 meters and a blanket) or two single beds offered. We felt for the two single beds decided and didn't regret it.

however are the most rooms to Grunaer street location.
the rooms could be a bit bigger, but we do not want to complain about.
in the summer I would go for a room to the inner courtyard take there the rooms no air conditioning have, and as I have already mentioned most for street beach chairs.
with an open window it could get a little bit louder.
the breakfast is dreamlike.
