For those typical Arenal vacation the hotel is perfectly adequate. The rooms are very large (we had a corner room and therefore had a huge balcony) and the room service was normal. At the breakfast one was full, the dinner was not to our liking, so we ate out. Pool etc. we didn't make use of it taken. If you just want a relatively quiet and clean roost after partying the hotel was okay. Read more

Typical Arenal-Hotel. Everything was functional and reasonably clean. Food is absolutely not the best, but you'll be full and strong coffee in the morning after the ☺ The staff is neither particularly friendly nor particularly unfriendly-you are usually ignored. For sleeping it was enough. The pool is not usable, but you have the beach. Location is okay, you can sleep at night and not too far to the centre of the action. Read more

Small, family hotel with clean, spacious rooms, equipped with tv and air conditioning. The selection at the breakfast buffet is small, it is, however, everything important was available. The coffee (filter coffee) is great for years we have been in this hotel in September and total well-being, with the new owners, this year the hotel did! We were there in the winter in this hotel in Arenal and only a few hotels in the winter. The hotel is cheap, but worth of its three stars. The pool area is closed in winter. There is a lift, with which you directly down in a café to drive, so don't always go through the lobby. The rooms were good sized, with air conditioning nice and warm and clean. The bathroom was also in good condition and clean. There is also a balcony, on the two people could sit well. The food was always very delicious ... Read more

The hotel is located about a 15-minute walk from Manaus balneario 1, in a quiet side street above the yacht harbor of Arenal. I believe that this location is not so good for a hotel, which may also explain, why several other hotels in the area were empty. The location is quiet, but the connection is absolutely suboptimal.
