Check in was very poor just given the key and no information, not even where the room was located. The owner/manager, female, had no english and did not even try to communicate with our family just scowled at the children all the time. This hotel promotes itself as family friendly and it definetely was not. Rather a shame as the food was excellent and the room was comfortable, the waitress and cleaner were very amenable. The hotel was located perfect and the team was very friendly. A great location to spend your ski holiday with the family! All facilities are in the vicinity and the hotel has great elements as the restaurant (perfect eggs at breakfast), soup after skiing, a good bar for after dinner and a great menu at night. Read more

Very good value for money. Nice hotel with big and clean rooms, close to the ski bus and situated in a wonderful area. The nordic ski slope is just near hotel. Close to the ski slopes from Galtur (just one bus stop) and 10 km from the famous Ischgl ski area with god bus connections. The dinners were fabulous. The breakfasts rich and diversified. Definitely we'll come back next winter, but is quite attractive to experience the landscape in the summer too. Read more

We booked and arrived in last minute (at 2 o'clock in the morning) the night before New Years eve : Cheffin Hidi and her husband, Chef Ernst, were very helpful and friendly from the very first moment until our check out...we left in tears !! We were very surprised that this kind of hospitality still existed in Austria (for the last 25 years we came to Austria to spend our winterholidays!).
