Hotel reviews for hotels in Galu Beach
Outside of the hotel there were no reasonable facilities for leisure, shopping or anything else. The infrastructure is very poor. So there is nothing to do but to stay in your hotel. The staff of the hotel is generally friendly, expect some so called supervisors. Expecially Mr. C. from the main restaurant is a completely no go person. As well the lady from the reception is very incompetent.

I was very unsure about Neptune Village after reading the reviews, but have got to say that we had a wonderful two weeks there and cannot wait to go back. Our room was a great size, there were 3 of us in it and we still had plenty of space to move around, it was cleaned every day with fresh towels. The staff are fantastic, really friendly and very helpful. The food was lovely and well presented, nothing was to much trouble for the waiters.The pools are incredibly clean. Sentido Neptune beach holiday plus safari
SENTIDO Neptune Paradise Beach Resort in Galu Beach, Kenya Coast
We found the hotel really good for a beach holiday. We went farther to book a safari with Sunday Best Safaris and it was just great!! Lots of animals for sure. I do recommend this hotel for its beach. Read more
