small hotel with front desk. The pool area and the restaurant is situated on the other street. Advantage: it is therefore in the hotel very quiet, and the restaurant has a spectacular view of the sea. Downside perhaps: there is no animation for children. However the pool area with a monkey slide.

The hotel has a prime location, direct at the beach.
I was already once in 2005 Ferni Niki, as warning the rooms more or less clean.
this year made me almost fainted. The room is big, but that is about the only positive thing I can say.
A week long I assistance required in order to catch the door, since I as a woman not enough had the key to turn (and I am not very weak).
TV didn't work, which I however it didn't bother us at all.

very well maintained three star hotel. Rooms and the entire area always very clean, frequent change of linen bed sheets, constant fresh towels. Value for money is ideal. We were end of August / Early September 2011 for fourteen days in the pilot beach resort in georgioupolis in Crete. Its best days it for certain I have seen. It is operated by a highway divided and is merely formally a 5-star resort. It consists of maximally 2-storied mostly beige-yellow, but also light blue or pink buildings, has 3 restaurants and several pools and bars. the complex consists of a main building, as well as in U-form attached condominiums. The complex is very well maintained and clean.
