the rooms are super, the wellness area is somewhat small but for one or two lighter totally sufficient. Daily the towels in the rooms changed and thorough cleaned.

Winter vacation in a very well run hotel for families. Capacity for about 40 families. Enough room in the apartments and in the area of the hotel (pool, children's indoor area and also child care). very nice hotel for children, great food, even on the ski slope lunch is included. We never experienced something like that. Area very well maintained, consists of new building and main building. Playrooms for children wonderful, all great well maintained, beautiful and new toys, everything of high quality. Great room with massive Climbing Frame. Supervisors very unlocked and open. Were German, Swiss, Dutch... Very mixed.

family-run business on the edge of the town of gerlos. The village center is on foot in 10 to 15 minutes on a beautiful Path by the river along to reach. The hotel is uncategorized, raises but on the website etc., the appearance of a four star hotel, this is however in many ways (food, ambience, dealing with guests) not fulfilled. The renovated rooms the category 'Crystal' but are very nice and spacious.
