A complete and utter disaster of a hotel, I urge you all to stay away from this awful place. Apparently this place changed ownership a few months back and it has been downhill ever since. The disaster begins even before you get there - there is no one to answer your calls at reception - it continues when you arrive - the same thing (no one there), and just gets worse.
