This was the most disappointing stay at Western Cape, ZA we had ever !
Poor value for money - sold as 5* but Quality is 3*, Service 1* only
We booked the penthouse incl. a rooftop outside pool. Looked great on their website, but:
-Pool is dirty, water cold as ice
-No cleaning of room for 2 days, no refresh of amenities, towels etc
-No cleaning of room for 2 days, no refresh of amenities, towels etc
-Loveless, simple breakfast on 1* level, totaly un-qualified service
