I felt during my stay here quite comfortable. Check-in and check-out worked perfectly. The several times mentioned problem with the Wi-Fi I can't confirm. The code must be requested at all eight hours new, but what you will. After that everything was smooth and functional. The room had a pleasant size and was equipped with all necessary equipped. nice city hotel with very professional & very friendly front desk staff, you almost only five star hotels is used. Large modern rooms, nice large bathroom and views of the lend square, to boot for a very reasonable price. Underground parking for Graz a bit pricey(14 euros per night), but there are areas, parking in the area. There is no doubt that one of the best 4 star hotels in Graz. The ETAP is very centrally located in Graz and you could reach everything in a short time. The rooms are for those price okay. But the cleaning wasn't't particularly great. Tv is available. Sink and shower directly in the room, separate toilet. The front desk is not always occupied. There is a garage for the hotel guests. The breakfast was quite good. Ok to stay at this hotel. Surrounding area not so nice but short walk away everything is ok. Very nice atmosphere in the hotel and very clean, next time I will bring my family with me. Climbing frame is a very good plus. Read more
