Hotel reviews for hotels in Guarda
A Hotel run by a family where guests feel well cared for.
Comfortable room, all good quality furniture/bedding. Would have been six suns but for a very small en-suite/shower room.
Excellent staff, good knowledge of foriegn languages
Great place for walkers and outdoor peo0ple generally, but don't expect night-life. We prefer to be without that.
Catering very good, restaurant charming, a pleasure to stay here
Excellent pick-up service from station. Read more

We found the owners (Benno and Maya) and staff to be extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is situated in a stunningly beautiful area and we thoroughly recommend it. We selected it because we wanted a low-key Christmas break in a friendly family-run hotel, which it provided superbly well. The food was of an excellent standard. Read more

You could not find a more charming little village than Guarda, Switzerland. If you are staying in the Lower Engadine, we would highly recommend the Hotel Meisser in Guarda. You will also find the owners and Michaela Weinmüller very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return to the Hotel M... Read more

There is a nice restaurant there, you can see a huge nature through a mirror. A breakfast is simple; some freaks, hams, cheese, and breads.
This hotel is located at the end of Guarda. If yo... Read more

We (family with two kids) stayed at the Hotel Meisser for one week in October, using Guarda as the starting point to explore the Engadine region and the Swiss National Park. We can confirm that the hotel motto (“Home away from home”) is lived by the whole team working at Hotel Meisser.
We were very pleased with the 2-room suite which is very well suited for a family with 1-2 kids.
The atmosphere is friendly and familiar, with the family Meisser and the hotel team trying to make your holidays... Read more
