Due to the direct location at the train station Altona are of course always possible noise from the railway. The windows are very well soundproofed, so no noise could arise. Staff very friendly and helpful. Each room guest cards for the door and the free use of the public transport in Hamburg including the ferry, so you can also be separated in Hamburg. We'll be back. Location a bit out of the way, bus only possible, but all ten minutes. (at 20 minutes from 24:00 all) sauna is top-steam room is a bit small. Fitness room was closed for renovations. Service is very good. Everyone tried to help you! Read more

Breakfast €per person with eleven overpriced, the breakfast tables were very small and partly wobbeling, Staff very friendly and helpful; location is great, if you are city/harbor tours or excursions to the reeperbahn to make would like. Overall it was okay. Read more

So far everyone was stay in the NH hotel was excellent. 'negative' was a small waiting(about 5 to 10 minutes line) for breakfast, but not the norm will be, since we went on new year's Eve. Read more
