The hotel was generally in a good and, above all, very clean impression. What disturbed me was, that I had already in December 2011 February 2011 for a room (knowing full well, that it was a standard room on the 5 floor was three), on arrival to a room--on the third floor, but right on the elbbrücken have received. Can say at this hotel is really good. As one of an old water tower at a very high quality and very impressive hotel rebuilt into is amazing. The staff are super friendly, nice and helpful. Were now to a short get away in Hamburg and fortunate to have booked this hotel. Very centrally located, is however away from the craziness and in a quiet location, you can really good and easily reached on foot. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The room clean.
