The hotel is a typical Holiday Inn. The condition of the hotel is good, as it had been recently renovated and very clean. It offers the possibility to eat breakfast at the hotel and also otherwise to eat there. From the nationalities everything is represented. The average age was pretty mixed. The lobby is a little old-fashioned, but the room, especially the bathroom were very nice and clean. In the room itself there was a huge TV Huge room with 2 large beds, fridge and microwave and small coffee maker. Fixed way tasted So much more than the from the lobby. Everything was cleaned every day. There were always new hand towels, there even if it was not always necessary. Very friendly staff at check-in. Everything was very clean and neat. One always saw someone with a vacuum cleaner whats about and watch everything is ok. Nice seating in the lobby with so much to see and do flatscreen if you have to wait for the shuttle. To 80 % German speaking guests. Great is the coffee/tea machine to 24 hours. Can serve yourself. the hotel lies a nearly half-hour bus ride from Manhattan, is however by the hotel-shuttle bus-bus with every 30 minutes transfer to busStation not a problem. The staff are very freundl. And professional, always hard-working to fulfill every request or to answer questions. I was for the second time and me exactly liked it like the first time. The hotel was at the time of my visit to MIT German, whether at the front desk, in shuttle bus or in the restaurant, everywhere you could only hear German. I guess 70% of all visitors were at the time German. the cleanliness is at not any point to complain about, it is absolutely a German five star hotel. the rooms have a good size and are for a three-star hotel perfect furnished.
