the hotel is getting old. The rooms small and the bathroom cramped. The mattress worn out and not more rest suitable. The diversity in our stay not even swept or wiped, the 4 day no more beautiful to look at. The infrared cabin was during the whole duration of our stay broken. Light did not work. The service and buffet was excellent and on the other A few shortcomings overlooked.

For me with a child adequate. Double room with occupancy three of us but I cannot imagine. Obsolete but very clean. Room somewhat small, but well laid out.

The third year for skiing as again, unfortunately, the Chefwechsel / Personaldwechsel the hotel was not quite so well helped.
the rooms are small but for sleeping it was enough. The furnishings has gotten old.

once again Heiligenblut and all expectations fulfilled.
since we the building already for some years, can
we confirm a high standard over the years in this house
offered will. In our room, on the fourth floor (311!?) we had with our son three enough room, very clean and quiet with a homey balcony and a view of the valley. The room it was always neatly made, clothing items properly folded and tidy. The laundry service worked well, even on the next day.

We were the first time in heiligenblut and had booked this hotel because of Internet selected. The hotel lies on a small Hillside, the gondola is about 3 minutes. Since enough Snow was, we could directly to the hotel leave. We had the cheap room type and were surprised, how spacious room and bathroom goods( toilet and bathroom were separate).
very clean and spacious, beds comfortable, large very nice bathroom.
The management and the staff were friendly and hard-working.
