The hotel is over the expectations. I slept there one night during a city-trip, and it was better than expected. The price was extremly cheap for the things included. Especially the breakfast was delicious, it´s also positive that it is available till 11 on sunday.

The hotel was pleasant. Good, cozy number (furniture and an interior not new, but in fair condition) at us looked like in a court yard. It is better to ask at placing a kind on park and street Mannerheeiminti. Opposite to hotel there is a fine garden where it is possible to take a walk.

I want to note goodwill and quickness of the personnel.

We got a very good deal from booking.com: superior room 104 euros including breakfast, two glasses of champagne and late checkout. So the value for money was very good although the hotel is quite basic. We asked for a room with a view to Mannerheimintie and got a room for disabled. The room and bathroom were big but the atmosphere was like staying in a private hospital. The furniture was a little bit outdated and worn out. We have spent 3 days in this hotel. To tell in general we like it.
I like the brand name Radisson Blu Royal Hotel.
Whole hotel is made of fashioned modern materials.
Rooms are decorated in different styles. Our friends interior in the room was very different from the interior of our room.
Room is large and comfortable, new furniture. Mattresses, blankets and pillows of down and feathers - very comfortable bed. The closet has ironing facilities, safe deposit box.

Hotel is in a very good location in the center of the city. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel lobby is modern but my room was disappointing for the price: Very small. No pictures on the walls but screws and holes from previous furniture. Only one free power plug for use. Power plug damaged and dangerous (See picture). Small TV with only 6 programs in Finnish language. Size of bathroom was ok but no place to put my stuff and quite old and dark. Room door can't be closed without making nois... Read more
