The staff was very helpful and polite. The room was clean, however the hallways were very hot while we were there. My main complaint concerns the dining room for lunch or dinner. If you were not a sports team you got very little attention and waited and waited and waited for your food. Apparently not too many people use the dining room and I can understand why!
