unfriendly service, two days in a row without hot water, laundry not done (24 hours later it hadn't bee handed over to cleaners)

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel and was quite happy with my choice. Style of the hotel is modern and my room was very spacious. I really liked the free internet and the good quality and choice of the breakfast. Going from the airport to the hotel was easy as there is a free shuttle that goes direct and quick. If I need a hotel here again this would be my first choice again. And next time I bring my speedo as I hadn't known about the lovely pool before I arrived. Read more
