The currency is in Egyptian pounds (LE) - 1LE = 100 Piasters Make sure you recognize the difference between 50 piasters and 50 pounds, otherwise it can happen that people will try to take more money of you than necessary.
Climate
In some areas the temperature can change dramatically from season to season or even over night. In the summer you can enjoy the heat at the sea or up in the mountains and in the winter you can even get snow in Hurghada.

Hurghada was once a small fishing village. In the 20th century, Coca Cola, Levi's and television arrived. Despite this development the life and lifestyle has changed little for the large part of the population (farmers). In the last 40 years the population has increased dramatically. Men and women are now working in the tourism industry. Besides living in Hurghada many poor people are drawn to come into the city to earn some money through the touristic development.
Religion
The main religion is Islam in Hurghada, there are however also many Coptic Christians. The essence of Islam is the belief that there is only one God and that it is the duty of the people to believe in Him and to serve Him by following the rules given in the Koran. Muslims pray five times a day from in minarets and mosques. The Islamic law forbids drinking alcohol.

hotel complex is in the oriental style constructed and nice to look at. It is a very large area with several pool areas. Some pools are only for adults without noisy children.

The jungle aqua park resort is a large hotel with a big area. It has different pools, so that you can choose, if you in the middle of everything stay or rather somewhat off the beaten track in peace the sun and enjoy the water wants. Hotel Titanic Beach Spa & Aqua Park in Hurghada, Hurghada/Safaga
very large lively area. For Long Term very varied with lots of possibilities and many restaurants. Especially is a restaurant only for adults! We are over 60 had all inclusive and had so despite many young guests also times peace. National shares changed depending on vacation period between German, English, Russians and other.
