On the border / visaIçmeler is a popular Turkish holiday resort. It is ideal for lovers of peaceful rest and relaxation. It is located about 8 kilometers from Marmaris. Içmeler Bay is located on the peninsula Datcha. The city is surrounded on three sides by pine forests. In the course of popular hiking here in the mountains you can enjoy amazing views.
The international airport serving millions of tourists riding to nearby towns like Marmaris, Fethiye, Ölüdeniz, is located in Içmeler Dalam (DLM). Flights are operated including by Turkish Airlines, Onur Air, Pegasus Airlines and Freebird Airlines.
Upon arrival to the place you need to buy a tourist visa. It cost to15 € or $ 20. The visa is valid for 30 days and it is single use only. During the trip to Turkey, our passport must be valid for at least 3 months.
If you're planning a trip to Turkey more than 30 days we have to ask the diplomatic representative of Turkey prior to departure, for example in the Republic of Turkey Embassy in Warsaw.
Climate / When to go?
Içmeler lies within the zone of a typical Mediterranean climate. In summer the days are hot and dry. Rainfall is only in the winter. Air temperature ranges from 15 º C in winter to 34 º C in summer. The highest temperatures occur in July and August. Even the felt on the night temperatures are very high. For people who like hot weather better time to visit is Içmeler April and September. If you decide to go to Icmeler in summer, be sure to creams with a filter. Air conditioning in rooms is essential.
Currency
The currency in Turkey is Turkish Lira (1TLR kuruszy = 100). A TLR is about 2.10 zł. If you have U.S. dollars or euros should be exchanged for local currency.

It is located approximately 6 km from Dalamanu and 100 km from Icmeler. Flight from Polish to Dalamanu takes about 3.5 hours from the airport to town can be reached by car. Overcoming this distance by E90 takes about 2 hours.
From renting a car is not a problem either at the airport and the city. Car rental prices vary from 50 to 60 €. Impact on the price may be time when we want to take advantage of this type of service, the company and the size of the vehicle.
Public Transport
The most popular and most convenient means of transport in Turkey are known. dolmusze. These are small buses that can travel between small towns. Dolmuszem Drive is a small cost. The prices we set before you travel. Paying tolls is best when getting off.

Hotel was very beautiful with lots of trees and flowers. lotsof steps which isnt great for people with mobility problems. There were lots of caution signs for slippery floor but people still hurt themselves. lots of different nationalities and they can be very rude too as they will ignore children in the ques for food and drink.

We, 2 adults and two children (aged 12 and 13 ) were in the large main building on the 4rd floor. The main building was 6 floors and the bungalows were a maximum of 4 floors scattered on the hillside.
At our holiday season, late July to mid August we were unfortunately, there were only 5 families from Germany who spoke German. The majority were English and Russians, the rest consisted of Belgians, Turks and other nationalities. Mostly, the hotel was booked by families.

Its a big hotel, we requested a quiet room and we got one. Its a little dated, but modern and functional. Its location in a pine forest on the mountain side, by the sea made it ideal for us a family - you got a little respite from the heat! There were always staff cleaning the hotel, it was immaculate everywhere.
We stayed all inclusive and the food choice was good. We always found something different to eat, and the test with children, they found plenty of choice too and they can be fussy!

excellent - recently refurbished by the look of it. Try to get one of the split level rooms
All staff are excellent - lovely people who cannot do enough for you. They really work hard and we made sure we tipped as they really deserve it.
Make sure you go!

We are now in 2008 the second time been here, because of the pleasant informal atmosphere, and we will be safely in two or three years time go there.
We had all recognized, great changes there are not really (why?), but it is a lot renovated. The general State of the hotel and the Appendices has improved, although he previously not have been bad was. It is clean everywhere.
