Very nice but somewhat older hotel in Jakarta with great security check. Great pool, great service and great TAOs bar. Ubernachtunbg was quite expensive. Alternative mandarin Oriental! Great pool

The hotel Nikko Jakarta offers 427 rooms in two different buildings, a older and a newer. The rooms of the older Towers are in the meantime all renovated and make a modern impression. We had for one night till the connecting flight after Lombok only a superior without breakfast booked, but together with the transfer to the airport and back only a bit more expensive came, than a night in the relatively expensive airport hotel to spend.

from the outside the Batavia hotel is very nice and is an imposing building what the former colonial style resembles.
as soon as you out is the disappointment however already there.
we felt like we were in a poor movie. Pretty much the only guests in a huge large building.
in the corridor the carpeting was old and broken and stained.
