In this city hotel we spent the first night of our Java-tour. Our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had plenty of storage space.
The breakfast room was very clean and the staff was super friendly. Coffee was immediately refilled. The buffet offered a variety of dishes from Indonesian to European. It was delicious.

The rooms are very large but unfortunately not clean especially the bathroom. After a complaint has changed in cleaner behavior wasn't't really a bit, but at least it was swept at least once after the complaint over the sink. The pool area is more therefor clean and really nice. A Spa visit rate I urgently, noisy, excellent and frostbite. Also not the 1 hour we had booked. Complaint here was extremely difficult due to the poor English language skills of some of the Spa staff. But it was the f... Read more

The Mandarin Oriental is located in the perfect location in the heart of Jakarta in the footpath to the mall of Jakrata the pool is rather small, but very well maintained! I was given a suite upgrade which has brightened up. The stay very friendly staff! Which has gene FFs Wiki twelve euro. German Management. You can tell it ☺ Read more

I had the good fortune to, the second time in this hotel. This time we chose a one bedroom suite, which was fully worth it! Wonderful colors, a great view of the river and the city (especially at night), a guests-extra toilet and a very large bathroom! To our Anniversary (fell in this business trip) we were given a bottle of champagne, strawberries in chocolate and a large bunch! Thank you very much-it was a very nice surprise!
