The hotel itself is very nice. There is a great, neat garden and you direct access to the beach of jimbaran.
the guests are too many German and Russian, which can be seen from the 'towel reservation battle' on the first morning, around 9 hours reading. Terrible!

The large hotel area was located in a wonderful, neat garden area. There were different room categories. We had a room in the wing Singajara booked. There is a small lounge with coffee maker and free of charge chilled tea, water, pastry and fruit ready. In addition there is a concierge desk, the hard-working, all problems easy to solve. The hotel complex is really nice, is embedded into a maintained tropical gardens and directly on the clean broad sandy beach. The rooms are in 4 units divided. Unfortunately the walls are so thin the one the conversations of the neighbors wonderful can hear. The rooms are large and clean. The Wardrobe could be a bit bigger. The staff are very friendly, but unfortunately only superficial, you can tell they are brainwashed and expect that several money tip get. On arrival we had to per person 5... Read more

the hotel is very beautiful and generous laid out. It is so spacious that you without the stress and hecticness simply looking for a chair and feel as if you had alone at the beach. The cleanliness stands in this hotel very far in front. At least 2 x daily the cleaning service in the room and was clean. The whole day one saw 'brownie' the lawn were, the flowers were... (just great). We had the hotel inclusive breakfast booked. The selection was outstanding. There is nothing which it does not ... Read more
