Hotel Alfa-Soleil in Kandersteg, Bernese Oberland
Friendly staff, the kitchen is very good. The hotel is just out of the 'centre of Kandersteg', so it's quiet. We think that's positive. Good hiking possibilities in a very nice surrounding (Oeschinensee, Lotschenbergpass, Blausee, etc.). Read more

Nice rooms with outstanding balcony views from the "Blümlisalp“ (front side/spectacular mountain view) rooms. I recommend this hotel only for the views from this type of room. If you don't want to pay for the Blümlisalp room, I suggest you say somewhere else in Kandersteg for much less money.

The Hotel Victoria is clean, well equipped, friendly and run efficiently by its owners. The public rooms are both elegant and comfortable with a relaxed feel. The hotel now appears to be no smoking so smelled fresh. There is also a nursery facility for small children. The original Ritter part is over two hundred years old, the Victoria perhaps one hundred. German, French and English are spoken (and several staff are Portuguese). It appears to cater for all ages.

beautiful small hotel in the center of kandersteg, everything very clean, led by the two top very friendly and helpful owners, there was everything you needed
Size of the room was fine, the hotel has a variety of rooms with different sizes, just ask for the book afterwards. Condition partly completely fresh renovated;
very friendly staff, it is many languages as English, French, and so on spokenif one has a request care the staff immediately.

the hotel lies in the heart of kandersteg. All the rooms a wonderful, direct view of the mountains. Especially if there is snow, it is very recommendable.
we have stayed there twice and especially the rooms with jacuzzi were pleased. For the lovers, they offer the so-called Love room standard on (quote from the website true ' you can other in a double room with a of the balcony jacuzzi ausfahrbarendes hawk and received many extras')
