The hotel complex was advanced and scored with very nice location and beautiful views, however is the staff not always so polite and the service and the furnishings a deluxe room leaves a lot to be desired.
We had the bad luck a Deluxe Room in the old wing and the was in no proportion to the price: musty odor in the room, TV without front desk and antenna in the room (something I know only from the early Neunzigern or late eighties ), broken remote control, very thin walls, no window, very us... It seemed in such a way, as if the hotel exclusively by tour guests was visited. The floor in the hotel and restaurant looked, as if since several weeks not more vacuumed was. Furthermore stained carpet in the corridor.
the room is a night okay. The floor was clean, the towels clear large stains, the bath superficial cleaned (shower gel stains and hair on the tiles) and getting old. Bed sheets I didn't take a closer look. But seemed clean. There is a plasma TV, air conditioning, Fan, balcony.... Read more

The hotel has a good location with a beautiful Overlooking Kandy. New it was very nice. There was a welcome drink!
we were shown several rooms and finally the biggest room, with filthy carpet taken. After complaining we got clean bed sheets we in duplicate location on filthy mattress and pillows changed.
Need Color, new mattresses and pillows. Curtains and curtains would have urgently a cleaning necessary. Window need cleaned to be. The biggest room was old filthy red carpet.
