The hotel seemed almost empty. It was very quiet. Everything was clean. I slept very well and very good breakfast. If you only want it, you will be satisfied.

very pleasant hotel. Underground parking for 13 euros could longer 24 hour as used to be.
decent, clean rooms with clean bathroom, minibar etc. normal international standard of four star hotels. Mattresses are not feast and not too soft.
staff at the front desk are really friendly and very helpful.
Mercure hotel Kassel, I can at any time highly recommend. Value for money is very good.
