The hotel is fully consistent with our expectations: lived in a bungalow overlooking sea-view with my son 16-years. Both are happy. Animation team - the best we've ever seen (especially big thanks to Chiara, Giacomo, Amanda - you are the best!). The hotel staff is very friendly, chatting with them was part of the holiday. Dear all, My family (me 34, my wife 35 and our girls 9 and 15 years of age) and our friends (2 women with 2 kids, 7 and 15) head a great time at Mitsis Rinela Beach from 16th till 26th of June. You can reach the hotel from the airport Heraklion within 15 Minutes by bus. Very friendly staff and beautiful appointed hotel. The masseuse was very professionial. The hotel has its own beach, the waterfront superior bungalows feature a very spacious terrace. Read more
