The hotel has 200 rooms and apartments. So the hotel is getting old with the years. It was only 5 years old, but there is something for the receiving the building is obviously did nothing wind and weather framework. I had a Maisonetteappartment. In the lower part to the kitchen and the bathroom and in the upper part of the bedroom. The size of the apartment was wonderful and for the most part in good condition. Pool is very small, beach is very close but gravel. Hotel is in the town and about 1 km to the next good sandy beach. Kos Aktis is more suitable for couples without children than for families. Hotel is well worth the money and therefore recommend. Read more

The hotel is an art hotel and its name. Everything is very modern stylish.
The rooms are very modern. Have a good view of the bath right on the ocean. In the room there is a kettle degree that there is always free coffee/tea making facilities. Each balcony is with view of the sea and the Turkey. One received the TV RTL. The safe was for free.
At the hotel speaks English. The staff was always nice from the cleaning lady to the waiters.
