We took a quick 3 day trip into Kuehtai and felt we were worlds away! The hotel was comfortable (as in we didn't even leave the hotel, it was so comfy...) and the service was extraordinary! We called our housekeeper a "Jedi" because we never could figure out how she could straighten up our room so fast! I have had my fair share of hotel food, and this hotel blew my mind! Right from the start our family Christmas ski holiday looked to be promising. We were welcomed by the owner and taken straight to clean, light and spacious connecting rooms with the best views in the resort.
The meals were varied and delicious and plentiful and with 3 fairly fussy teenagers, there were no complaints.

Older hotel with great patina.Not new,slick and cold,but cosy very clean and neat giving you a warm " living room " feeling.
Big family room(33) with 2 separate bedrooms and a huge balcony.
Rooms are very clean with good quality furniture and a lot of stowing areas.
There is no lift but a big open staircase giving you a bit of extra exercise.
Very friendly and correct staff some with good knowledge of english.
Nothing you ask is too much.
