I been to this hotel several times and always come back with great pleasure. The employees are very nice and helpful, rooms are always tidy and nice. Air conditioning is working very well. Sometimes I was waiting a little long for room service but you can always inform that you need them to rush and it will be fine. I recommend this hotel for all travelers who want to stay in Kuwait.
