The hotel was generally clean and comfortable. However when we attended it was over 30 degrees C at night and the air conditioning and electricity all of a sudden went off just after midnight. I looked outside and could see that there were lights on in the hotel grounds and the surrounding areas. I walked down two floors to the reception area to find that the night porter was sitting on the settee watching athletics on the TV and that the lights were lit on the ground floor reception area.... We arrived to welcoming friendly staff. We were taken to our room by motorised buggiesThe accomodation was excellent- the bedrooms spacious with air conditioning. Towels were changed each day. We had a fantastic holiday, the children spent lots of time at the aqua pool. The main pool was brilliant with a swimming pool bar and a large variety of food. The pool bar staff always greeted us with a welcoming smile and went of their way to help us.

Fantastic hotel - easy connections from the airport. All staff at the hotel were very welcoming and friendly - made us feel at home straight away.
The bedrooms were cleaned regularly and towels were changed daily - plenty of space.
Main pool with swimming pool bar was excellent and got well used by all of us - all kept very clean.

Hotel Lapethos Resort & Casino in Kyrenia/Girne, North Cyprus
We loved our stay in this hotel. For the negative reviews, i strongly disagree with them in my opinion we received a great service and a great holiday for the price we have paid. I always prefer to eat local and traditional dishes when i go for a holiday and in Lapethos they provided us both traditional meal and british meal for the ones who dont prefer to try traditional food. Nice and quite Garden Resort apart from mass tourism. But if you expect 4stars accommodation you will be dissapointed. It is a simple 3stars complex.
Nice and clean swimmingpools.
All complaints are carried out quite fast.
The breakfast is very monotonous - every day the same.
At this location car renting is highly recommended.
