The house (lower part of a semi-detached house situated on a slope) has certainly seen better days. Old dirt on walls, windows, shower, etc. This was not renovated for years, sometimes only superficially cleaned between rentals. Although at first glance may not seem so, the price level of the community is quite high. However, most other owners of other houses hold them in better condition inside.
