Hotel's uncleanliness led to ants biting me in bed
Hotel The Springs Resort & Spa in La Fortuna, Costa Rican Regions
I woke up at 5:30 a.m. my second day at the hotel to discover approximately thirty ants all over my bed biting me. I also found ants crawling around the upstairs bathroom. Management responded by saying there was sugar on the floor next to the downstairs bed. I do not use sugar and we hadn't eaten anything in the room.
