The hotel is located about 1 kilometer/leifers park in the shop/bike path and was used by us as a place to stay during a bike trip. The hotel is about ten minutes to reach. Path in (for the departure/leifers keep bran in direction) and a very nice and much cheaper alternative to a night in Bolzano Dar.

The hotel is recommended. The only drawback is the cafeteria similar breakfast room. The pool (indoor and outdoor) were very clean, the rooms were very well-kept. We had no complaints.
