First week of march 2011 we did spend a fantastic week in Hotel Lac Salin, we had a reservation in the also very nice Hotel Concordia but something went wrong with reservation/e-mail, small misunderstanding and so we got a room in Hotel Lac Salin.

Some rooms are very small, but confortalbe. If you look for bigger rooms check that first.
A very nice place to stay in a great area for sports (Mountain Biking and Hiking in the summertime / Ski and Snowboarding in the wintertime). WiFi works without any problems during the whole stay. Read more

We visited Livigno for the fourth time and we chose hotel Mota. If the accident of stealing our snowboard equipment didn't happen, it would have been the best stay ever. It was the New Years' Eve season, so the hotel was full.We got the room key and the key for ski box in the skiroom downstairs. We took our staff from the car and saw that the box is only for two people as we were in four. I went to the reception and asked for a bigger box and were told that all the boxes were buzy. Hotel has very good location - vary close to skiing lift. Rooms are very clean and are comfortable. Breakfasts are simple but always fresh and tasty. In the hotel there is a restaurant with very tasty dishes and a bar with some tasty fast-foods and refreshments where the prices are acceptable.
