Hotel fridge didn't work.. and there is a very loud child on the property. Yet the view is very nice. very nice room.. fridge doesn't work though and it's hard when you brought your own food. This place would have gotten sky reviews if it weren't for the service. The money hassling and lack of hospitality once they understood we weren't giving more money (we didn't need the services) they cut us off from being friendly. Nice Hotel generally very clean, huge complex All Inclusive service was excellent Guests mostly from USA and Canada (98% probably) Published dress code only sometimes enforced big jun. suites with jacuzzi bath tub, open bath, nice balcony with beautiful view, A/C, TV, safe, minibar etc. Check In: Because the reservation was not in Hotel system there was no real welcome, inprocessing was poor.
