Medium size hotel, very clean rooms, nice and helpful host and great view over lake Garda. Especially worth mentioning is the really very nice Olive grove with well kept pool and couch possibilities as well as the roof terrace.
Spacious rooms with beautiful balcony. Bathroom renovated, always clean. The rest of furniture our room was not complain about and offered lots of space and reservoir-with 2 closets and a dresser. There is a safe and a TV.

super location, very quiet, directly on the lake, on foot about 10 minutes to the center of malcesine. The terrace only the CIRCA 3 meters wide promenade separated from the lake
almost all rooms have a large terrace or balcony with lake view. everything is very clean. Free access to the internet in the foyer.

Super location with direct lake and very, very good breakfast buffet. Parking space and parking are available, however not right on the hotel,( approximately one minute walking away)

We had a good room. So the room was OK for Italian standards. We personally are mostly in 4a five star hotels in South Tyrol and we prefer rather the more modern style. The lobby is very clean and beautifully equipped, a little dated, but rather good bdort fits in. The single room are well equipped-clean and intact. The beds were hard and not worn out. The balconies with a view to the sea nice.
the breakfast is very delicious and rich. Evenings you get an extremely delicious food, which one to choose in the morning from 3 dishes. In addition there is a salad buffet. The quantity was very good full. The value for money is very good.

small, sweet hotel with tight 30 rooms located directly above the lake street on the edge of the the town of malcesine. Spacious room with a view of the lake or mountain side with shower/toilet & balcony, which every day very clean cleaned to be. Daily change the shower and towels is mandatory.
