Bad attitude by management! Poor food quality! No Towels changed eventhgough used ones left on floor. Bed Linen Old and Shody! No TV in Bed rooms! No Tea & Coffee facilities in Rooms Not very clean Very Dated with poor facilities No Trills or Frills here! Some Staff Ok Rest of Staff seemed to have a general problem with people!! We met Ros and John at the Bike Show and were impressed with their friendliness and knowledge of the local area. We were not dissappointed - we received a very warm welcome (and a cold beer!) - lots of great advice about the best biking roads - sat nav routes (which they even downloaded onto our GPS while we had breakfast!).
