especially I would like to highlight the staff's hospitality in this hotel, no pushy, dishonest friendliness, but honest, likeable friendliness. Especially the front desk and the guest relations have 'A big' very good. Since I have stayed in many other five star hotels already a completely different staff experienced, where I thought, they have the wrong profession.

the hotel is clean, cleaning Forces were always met. Also partly nightly disturbance by foreign youth sports groups.
The charwomen were always very nice & friendly. The water, which was daily new filled in the mini bar, according to the catalog description, was not always filled.

the hotel is nun 2 years old and simply brilliant ☺
the 5 star really deserved it.
very clean hotel inclusive all inclusive.
Room with balcony/bath tub/shower/toilet.
very neat and clean.
minibar one once completely empty and water gives it always in vain.
TV with German TV (Sat.1/RTL/ARD/second/per seven)
