Very nice villa with 16 units. Very well-kept and clean. There were mainly German guests with children.
Very large and extremely clean unit (unit #11 ). Simple decor, but very functional. Only the sofa in the living room was a bit saggy. Basic kitchen facilities, but everything in very good condition. Very large, covered balcony.

About 40 year old building, which the owners did not, or only poorly kept in condition.
The Albergo Bellerive was about 3 years ago newly leased, it should be completely renovated. The new tenants suffered also from the condition.
When entering the reception area, the hotel did not look very neat. Only after the room (no. 30) was entered, one saw the true standard.
In short we wanted to rate the room number 30.

The apartment complex is very big, extensive and noisy. We had a 3-room- apartment. The apartment was a disaster in relation to cleanliness and condition. There were on arrival black hair in the fridge, the handles to the kitchen cupboards were fettverschmiert, in the fridge was also a milchartige liquid sailed in the meantime festgetrocknet, at many corners and edges had a thick layer of deposits of dirt formed.
