Meemu atoll

The office staffs was not very friendly, we had booked 3 nights at the sea villa, which never happened. Our booking was done through Atoll Paradise and the island staff just said that they were not informed about the 3 nights at the sea villa, but didn’t even bother to phone Atoll paradise to check what had happened with the booking. shuttle - transfer ... guys in front of house - guest relations should do more for the guest... too expensive for a poor service they provide. i hope that change i u still want to get new guest in your resort.. try to charge a kit kat after c-out is simply sad once u have spend 2000 usd in 5 days... very very poor stephanie from guest relations... maybe was your job.. but you are bad in it! resort in general was a paradise if wasn,t for those 2 details...
