Friendly and efficient staff...nothing is too much trouble. Speak several languages fluently!
A great place to stay in the quiet season ( not been in high season) as very quiet and not at all crowded. Easter time is lovely as the weather can be warm and sunny. Great value for money, we think.

We have stayed here numerous times and have found it to be in a great location, since it is only a short drive to the train station , if you intend to travel to Venice or Milan , for a daily trip. The owners, Tom and Jenny are always extremely helpful with anything you may need help with ,especially with any side trips you may take. The place is extremely secure and secure parking on the site. We went for two days to this relais.
The view from the room was very nice. There were two identical pools, so enough place for everybody.
We went with two adults and 2 children and a baby. The guest house (vinessa 1) would have been a little bit to small if we would have stayed for an entire week but it all depends of the weather.
The hosts were very friendly en helpfull.
The rooms were very clean.

My wife and I stayed for 10 days in September 2011. We found the apartment easily with directions provided. The apartment was clean, the kitchen well equipped and the bedroom and bathroom were a good size.
The view of the lake from the balcony was amazing and we didn't feel overlooked or enclosed.
The grounds were well kept and both swimming pools were always clean. The underground parking was good.
