Generally speaking, a "technically" good hotel, but I missed a personal and familiar atmosphere. It was rather cold and unfamiliar. I am a Swiss National but I do not like this type of hotels. I am missing the personal flair of hotels of the same category such as in other European countries like Austria or Germany. In my opinion, it was also too expensive compared to foreign facilities offering the same or better services and quality. Read more
