Hotel reviews for hotels in Muscat
The hotel is a modern design hotel that could be placed everywhere.
But the worst of all: it`s in the direct fly zone of the Muscat airport! There are planes flying over your head every three minutes!!!!!
You feel like locked in your room because it`s impossible to open the windows.
There is not enough space for personal belongings and clothes.
The service is so far so good- quite ok.
Avoid this hotel if you can- there are far better ones in Muscat.
The kitchen is not bad but overprice... Read more

The Shangri-La's complex in a wonderful the three hotels Al Waha, Al Bandar and the Al husn integrated. The two hotels Al Waha and Al Bandar go fluent merged into each other, the Al husn is clearly raised and almost majestically on the outer edge of the complex.

Many guests are German speaking, apart from that we met English and French. The majority of the guests were very communicative, it is easy to get to know people and conversation. As the location of the hotel is a little out of the way, you should half board select.
You are in small simple bungalows at the beach, the f... Read more

We stayed at the chedi the end of our two-week Travel (with the rental car on own fist) spent by the Oman, stay 4 (only...) days.
all together a wonderful, beautiful hotel with perfect service, Atmosphere! Everything here was good!
the hotel is very spacious laid out, with 'only' about 150 rooms it was distributed in a massive garden area. The style is Arabic, with Asian influences, rather discreet-reduced, but incredibly tastefully and with an eye for details - as an example: every evening ... Read more

We stayed on the way back from Asia this hotel for two nights booked, so safes and as stop over to Muscat and the area able to watch.
on holidaycheck we found this on many occasions rated 'treasure box in Muscat, the'. This hotel is no longer under the Austrian management, but was taken over by an Indian company under the name 'Johny International hotel'.
since that must have changed a lot. Even the taxi driver for our part-trip told us, that in the hotel new management very suffers. Many gue... Read more
