We had to overniht in this hotel because of the cancelation of our direct flight. From the airport the transfer time is ca. 30-40 minutes depends o the traffic jams. The room was ok, only the bathroom was not so clean, tub was dirty. If you staying here ask a room as highest stock as it's possible because of the noisy traffic. For overnighting is ok. Read more

The Fairview is the most popular hotel in Nairobi and has a long-standing tradition. It is advanced and has a variety of rooms and suites. Everything is in the old English style. There is a pool and garden, a wine cellar, a business centre and lots of restaurants and bars. For a stay before or after a safari or as a base for day trips perfect. Relatively new hotel, the 'financial' of Nairobi is located. A little out of the city centre, in the morning and in the evening in a long time can traffic. Unfortunately, the service and especially the food (especially breakfast) during my stay really not good. I have my stay therefore even and reduced to another hotel... Read more

Egg hotel where you good for a few days stay can, rather colonial equipped, Staff very friendly, two good Einkaufszentre and the nearby. Little can be done in the evening, the bar is the only one where you can hang out, otherwise you should choose other options. Read more
