When we arrived there was no bed for our son. They arranged the additional bed but it was so old and noisy that in the night we could not sleep each time our son moved from one side to the other. We asked to change it, but the other one they had was also very noisy. We asked the manager for an alternative, but he had none, so our son decided to sleep on the floor and the manager agreed....
