The hotel very good German standard.
Very clean
European standard
The rooms were very, very clean and the mattresses regal. In the bathroom we felt at home. Also the shuttle bus-service to the airport was organized.

We were with good food spoiled. Recommendable the Meeresfrüchtespagetti. For both of our children there was even Nutellea on German bread for breakfast.

The best thing about the hotel is the front desk. When you get a welcome drink!
filthy mattress, old furniture.
the cleaning of the rooms was OK and friendly. The rest I don't want to say anything.
the food was acceptable-you can't say.
It was located directly on the dirty beach of negombo. Ruffled dogs and locals vendors wait and the tourists.
The pool was not properly cleaned, at the beach the hotel was one of native vendors besieged. Read more

The not too large three star hotel is located on the right beautiful beach a bit outside the town of negombo.
the cleanliness in the hotel was a plus point.
however one is as a couple still not elderly age here'lack of space'.
we felt, like a senior home with a few Young Male Nurse. Most tourist came from Germany, a few from Holland and England.
I really have to say, for some fellow countrymen, I even ashamed.

Everything OK! We were on the first floor with a sea view & the pool.
Actually were all very nice, but we must not fooled, this is your daily bread.
This hotel sets the standard from. Everything other as environment & beach are Sri Lanka.
the food in the hotel was... Wow! We were after a CIRCA one-week round trip for 9 days the jetwing sea. Our group of about 16 people had all except a few half board booked& everybody was loved the food!
