To get to Negril the closest airport is Montego Bay’s airport is “Sangster International airport” which is one of the biggest airports in Jamaica. This airport receives international and domestic flights flying in and out on a daily basis. From there it takes about 60 minutes to get into Negril city Center. At the airport it is possible to rent a car which should be ordered and reserved in advance.
Public transport / Taxis / Infrastructure
When travelling around one should take the local "route taxis" as these are very cheap. Standard taxis are available within the city at taxi stands or can be ordered via the taxi central service or at your hotel.

great location, but renovierungungs needy. Size is pleasant, one sees that it is used. They tried, but effort is not enough. We had continental breakfast booked. The costs about 7 dollars. An American breakfast costs also 7 dollars, but we could not choose, without 7 dollars to boot to pay.

The management of the rooms to the pool a hotel for giving up!
solely as an American citizen is presupposed one is no higher expectations, in good hands!
We received despite ups booking (1/2 year! Before) for the time being no room and the following day the worst room on the street and right next to that! The window could not be opened (noise and ground level). The rooms even dark, shabby and damp! Air conditioning was available however so loud, that we could not sleep! Additional versogte me... nice small area with 10 bungalows a 4 rooms and further rooms in the main building.
our room( bungalow- Gartenside) are big enough for two people, but as we our 15-year-old daughter there had, it was Klamottentechnisch a bit cramped. We were only there to shower and sleep on and so it was OK. Only our air conditioning dripped the first days and it took several attempts until this was repaired.

the worse rooms on the busy street on the back of the hotel -as quieter rooms sold-false since noise from the street and Personalgang in the Zimmerbereichen is!
clean, however shabby!

The relatively small hotel is divided into a beach a garden area, by a right lively busy street is separated. It is however always a helper on hand, the, as soon as someone street cross me, the traffic stops. We were 4 people in the beach section of the hotel.
