The holiday inn is very centrally located in Manhattan. It is a few minutes walk to the Empire State building, Times square, and Macy's. Two blocks away from the hotel (28th) is the access to the subway, where the quickest way to get to any place can get in Manhattan. Nearby of the hotel are a lot of small shops where you can stock up with everything, which one to the daily life needs. We stayed for a week at Christmas shopping in new York and it was not the first visit to the city. The hotel has a very bad price performance ratio. The location is great, right in the 34. Road nearby from the Empire State building and subway access directly in front of the hotel. The staff at the hotel, however, is very rude. Already at the check-in the friendliness left on the way and all the staff at the front desk have a worse than disappointing English we spoke (Mexican, Latinos...). We ... Read more

Hotel New York Marriott East Side in New York - Manhattan, New York
Absolutely recommendable hotel, from the hotel you can start walking sightseeing, lots of little cafes/restaurants in the area, right by the central station. In the hotel itself (in the bar area) is a small Radisoender represented. Read more

We wanted to spend once new year's Eve in new York and to book us have already decided in the summer this hotel because of the good price/performance ratio. The hotel is in Germany the three star standard. It is a bit dated, therefor but very good location. The rooms are big enough and well equipped. The hotel is in a perfect location, very centrally located in the center of Manhattan, one avenue away from the hustle and bustle and two Ave's, you're right in the middle of Times square! The Empire State is right around the corner (3 streets down). U-train stations nearby, as well as grand central( main station).
