First the positive bits. On a good day you can quite easily ski to and from the hotel and the view from the rooms on the valley side is outstanding, The hotel is easy to find and there is reasonable parking. Inside we were greeted with a big smile by Renate. She certainly gave an excellent first impression of the hotel and was very keen to help. We had a great week in Feb 2012, the hotel was all that we had hoped and we are looking forward to our next trip! This is a hotel more than perfect! Everthing you want, will be done. Ögin and his family run this hotel perfectly. Every day there was a 4PM tea moment with cake and soup. At dinner, there were evenings with live music: piano, local music, ... The rooms will be daily cleaned, even 2 times a day. Next year, we will be back! The best hotel of Kronplatz with 5 stars !!!!
